Appraisal provides technical appraisal reports to allow for import of new and semi-new equipment, required and accepted by both "DECEX" and "DTIC" to grant an import license.

Companies benefit from this procedure for the following reasons: tax incentives, lower import taxes & charges and medium and long-term financing at international interest rates.

Appraisal is also authorized to issue the Mercosul certificate of origin, which grants exporters or importers all of the benefits set forth in the treaties signed by Mercosul country members featuring tax exemption.
