Management of construction work aims at providing client with technical services relating to supervision of works, assistance with contract management, technical advice, control of financial resources and development of technical reports, thus saving client time and money by optimizing costs and controlling quality and time schedules.

PROJECT

• We help client to engage, coordinate and supervise projects, narrative descriptions and technical specifications, based on the best construction techniques available and in accordance with the ABNT standards.
• We identify discrepancies and/or deviations from projects and narrative descriptions and make the necessary recommendations to correct them.
• We urge all professionals concerned to meet the delivery time.

WORKS

• We develop tenders and analyze quotations to allow for negotiation and engaging of works and services.
• We draft, negotiate and execute contracts with suppliers and/or vendors, in accordance with planning and guidelines established.
• We develop and monitor the physical-financial planning of works.
• We supervise works based on quality control.
• We analyze and assess the action plans developed by suppliers and their contractors.
• We check monthly measurements versus time schedule, in order to avoid payment of services not yet fully delivered.
• We check release of additional services.
• We monitor progress of works with digital photos, including login and password for access via Web.
